FAQ

No. Programs can be built for home, gym, or a combination of both. During your intake call we'll establish what equipment you have access to and design your program around that. Minimal equipment options are available and just as effective.

Most clients train 3–4 days per week for 30–45 minutes per session. That's 2–3 hours of training per week. The coaching calls and check-ins add another 30–60 minutes on top. If you can find that in your schedule, you can make this work.

My specialisation and the majority of my clients are men aged 40–55, but the principles work for any dad who resonates with the WillpowerD approach. If you're in your late 30s and relate to the challenges described — reach out, we'll have a conversation.

Travel is one of the things I specifically program for. You'll have hotel room and bodyweight alternatives for every session, eating-out protocols, and strategies for staying on track without a perfect environment. Travel is not an excuse — it's something we plan for.

A traditional PT session lasts 60 minutes and then you're on your own. WillpowerD is an ongoing coaching relationship — you have access to your coach throughout the week, your program evolves with you, and the accountability structure is built into every step. It's coaching, not just training.
